We all eat differently. What’s good for you might not be good for me. We use Indian and native herbs, regionally sourced products to make the healthy, Dosha-supporting, vegetarian dishes that form the basis of our Mandira Ahara Ayurvedic cuisine. Light and easy to digest for all-round wellbeing.
