Conventional and Alternative Medical Expertise
Holistic care from start to finish
Our philosophy: to be good, therapy has to be based on the patient’s needs and requirements.
Healthness
A HOLISTIC LEVEL OF MEDICINE
Holistic Ayurveda looks at health as a complete system, and every facet of the way a person lives contributes to it. From nutrition, exercise and diagnostics to treatment and prevention, all should be addressed.
We aim to meet the challenges of our time by integrating conventional medicine with holistic diagnostic and therapeutic methods. Our approach is always tailored to meet our guests’ specific needs. The specialisms of Dr Alexandra Koller include infusion and ozone therapies. Their services complement our Ayurvedic diagnostics and treatments. The synergy of the two effects a truly holistic approach to prevention and treatment.

Focusing on the Person
A holistic approach requires the adoption of new approaches. Holistic Ayurveda therefore combines classic Ayurvedic teachings with modern conventional medicine and complementary therapies. This openness is shared by Dr Alexandra Koller and the Health Med team.

Medical studies endorse the development of Holistic Ayurveda as therapy
The University of Graz is conducting studies on the medical effects of Panchakarma at the Ayurveda Resort Mandira. Additional studies in the field of sports and regenerative medicine are planned. These synergies result in scientifically sound applications and recipes, allowing traditional forms of Ayurvedic therapy to be developed for a tailor-made and needs-oriented approach suitable for the western world and its lifestyle diseases.
