Ayurvedic nutrition
Indian and native herbs combine with regionally sourced products to make the mouthwatering, Dosha-supporting vegetarian dishes that form the basis of our Mandira Ahara Ayurvedic cuisine. Depending on our guests’ Ayurveda or spa treatment programme, they benefit from one of four nutritional levels for optimal health results.
A harmonious eating environment
Light fills the Mandira restaurant’s rooms whose radiant colours add a southern sense of ease. Large windows, the interplay of colour, native timbers and natural stone combine harmoniously, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The interiors reflect Vata, Pitta and Kapha, thereby representing one of India’s typologies. In addition to an impressive selection of culinary delights, the innovative buffet area includes an organic vegetable, herb and juice bar.

RASA & YANA
Ayurvedic replenishment and rejuvenation: Rasayanas are energising and uplifting herb and mineral mixtures that rebalance the Doshas and revitalise the body. Thanks to their strong antioxidant effects, many Rasayanas intervene in the cell ageing process, thereby protecting, cleansing and strengthening the immune system.

PANCHAKARMA
Panchakarma offers holistic detoxification to preserve and restore physical health. The Panchakarma diet accompanies this queen of cleansing treatment programmes. All Panchakarma treatment programmes include the Panchakarma diet.
- The programme begins in the evening with dinner (digestive drink and soup or vegetable main course)
- The next day begins with a helping of ghee (clarified butter which dissolves the toxins in the body)
- Other meals as per individual therapy plan
