Kinesiology – the non-invasive energy therapy
Release blockages and create wellbeing
‘Health is the harmony of inside and outside.’
Dr Ebo Rau
Kinesiology is a non-invasive, holistic therapy that deals with stress and imbalance in the energy system. The therapy’s essential principles are derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), chiropractic therapy and the findings of scientific research into stress and the brain. Kinesiology’s treatment methods are based on the idea that all our experiences are stored in the memories of the nervous system and our cells. The human body functions holistically – body, mind and spirit are inextricably connected, affecting and influencing each other. If we feel pain or suffer from physical or psychological complaints, it is because blockages have formed that interrupt the flow of energy in our system. However, our life energy needs to flow freely to ensure the body’s long-term health and wellbeing.
How does kinesiology work?
With the help of muscle-testing techniques, the kinesiologist engages in a dialogue with the body, to gain insight into its condition. A kinesiology muscle test provides information about the body’s stressors. As the therapist observes how the body reacts to certain stimuli, they are able to identify the location of blockages and decide the appropriate treatment method for energetic balance.
Kinesiology triggers the body’s self-healing capacity, thereby helping us to become more self-aware, find new pathways and integrate changes into everyday life, whatever our age, gender or state of health.
