In the daily hamster wheel, we lose our connection to ourselves, to others and to the environment due to a lack of time. The result is stress, excessive demands and, unfortunately, often illness and pain. We will counteract all of this in this retreat. Yoga, meditation and breathing exercises (pranayama), as well as the healing sounds of guitar, handpan, gong and special therapy singing bowls will help you to reduce stress, relax deeply and feel free. Feel serenity and joie de vivre by reconnecting with your true self.

Your yoga teachers Lisa & Peter and the expert team at Mandira Ayurveda Resort will help you to regain your balance. During our retreats, you consciously take time for yourself and have the opportunity to immerse yourself in your own spirituality.
