Mindful Advent Retreat is for people who want to take time to reflect mindfully on their year and consciously bring it to a close. Three days - yoga, breathwork, meditation and sound healing create a space in which you can process what you have experienced, let go of what you no longer want to take with you and gain new clarity for your future path. Together with Malea Florine, yoga and meditation teacher, embodiment coach and DJ, you will immerse yourself in a holistic practice that gently takes you out of everyday life and back to your inner peace. The combination of yin yoga, breathwork, meditation and sound healing creates a space in which your system slows down, tensions are released and your mind is allowed to calm down. Embedded in an atmosphere of silence, candlelight and conscious presence, you are invited to reflect mindfully on the year and bring it to a close.

This creates deep, lasting regeneration - combined with a feeling of clarity, softness and inner alignment that will accompany you into your new year calm, centered and supported.

Friday, November 29
8:30 - 9:00 pm Metta Meditation - Compassion & Kindness of Heart

We will start the weekend together with a powerful & heart-opening meditation. In this meditation, we will first practice kindness and compassion for ourselves and then extend these qualities to our loved ones, family and friends. Metta meditation is one of the oldest forms of Buddhist meditation. The aim of the meditation exercises is to achieve a lovingly benevolent attitude towards ourselves, our environment and all sentient beings.

Saturday, November 30
07:30 - 09:00 am A dynamic yoga session that activates your circulation and gives you energy for the day

In the dynamic Vinjasa Flow, we combine movement with breathing and thus strengthen our inner balance. We bring the asanas, the postures, together in a creative, dynamic and often powerful flow. The focus is on asanas that are mentally and physically challenging and strengthen concentration. You will achieve inner peace and the prolonged stretching and holding of the postures will release deep-seated tension.

5:00 - 6:00 pm Yin Yoga & Breathwork

Let yourself go in the long held asanas and feel your body and mind come to a complete rest. Yin yoga helps to release deep-seated tension and blockages in our tissue layers. You can then immerse yourself in the world of breathing. Correct breathing can give you energy, release blockages and give you more serenity in harmony with the here and now. Mindful breathing is easy to implement anytime and anywhere and can bring you balance in any everyday situation. Let go. Immerse yourself. Allow. Feel. Experience

8:30 - 9:00 pm Breathing meditation & sound bath

Mindful breathing meditation is one of the simplest and most effective meditation techniques. Breathing correctly can energize you, release blockages and give you more serenity in harmony with the here and now. Mindful breathing is easy to implement anytime and anywhere and can bring you balance in any everyday situation. This meditation is supported by the healing sounds of singing bowls.

Sunday, December 1
07:30 - 09:00 am Hatha & Pranayama

In this yoga session, we will combine the qualities of Vinjasa and Hatha Yoga and strengthen our flexibility, both physically and mentally, with gentle, flowing movements. This healing yoga session will allow you to recognize your inner strength and give you strength for the pre-Christmas period. The class ends with a grounding pranayama session to strengthen your immune system and calm your whole being.
