The Mandira joie de vivre full board is included in the room price - a delicious all-round board that accompanies you from breakfast to dinner. The day begins with two lovingly arranged breakfast buffets: one with Ayurvedic-inspired dishes for conscious connoisseurs, the other with regional and international classics.

A freshly prepared lunch awaits you at midday - at the Mandira, this is naturally part of full board and therefore included. In the afternoon, fine snacks and homemade delicacies invite you to linger before the day ends with a sophisticated 4-course dinner.

Whether Ayurvedic, vegetarian or classic - the cuisine at the Mandira stands for healthy enjoyment, variety and quality. You don't have to do without anything here - except perhaps stress.

Mandira Ahara - Ayurvedic nutrition for your cure

At Mandira Ayurveda Resort, nutrition follows a clear principle: healing begins with what we eat.
Our four Āhāra stages accompany you during your cure - tailored to your Ayurveda type, your cure phase and your digestive fire (Agni). They support the body in cleansing, regenerating and finding new balance.

Rasayanas are vitalizing mixtures of herbs and minerals that balance the doshas, regenerate the body and slow down the ageing process thanks to their antioxidant effect. The Rasayana cure is a restorative cure with a focus on nänourishing, strengtheningfood.

  • 3-course set-up lunch (soup, main course and dessert)
  • In the evening, a soup and an Ayurvedic main course

This form of nutrition supports the detoxification and purification of the body and is individually tailored according to the Tridosha teachings - Vata, Pitta and Kapha.

  • A 3-course detox lunch (soup, main course and dessert)
  • A rich soup and homemade crispbread in the evening

This cure supports the elimination of toxins and strengthens physical health. The three-phase cleansing program follows the medical recommendation of Dr. Akhil and Dr. Gramya.
