Our cures - individual, effective, mindful

At Mandira Ayurveda Resort, we accompany you on your personal path to more energy, lightness and regeneration. Our treatments have a modular structure and are based on the three classic Ayurvedic treatment phases:

  • Purvakarma - preparation: gentle detoxification, activation of the digestive power (Agni), type-appropriate nutrition, relaxation rituals.
  • Pradhanakarma - Main treatment: intensive cleansing through oil applications, sweating cures, forehead oil infusions or Panchakarma.
  • Paschatkarma - Aftercare: regeneration, rebuilding and integration into everyday life.

Healing takes time. And space to take effect.

Depending on the goal and initial health situation, a cure at Mandira lasts:

  • 7 days - gentle introduction, stress reduction, activation of self-healing.
  • 10 to 14 days - regeneration, detoxification, balancing of dosha imbalances.
  • 21 days and more - classic Panchakarma treatment with deep cleansing and lasting cell regeneration.

Ayurveda does not start with therapy, but with food. At Mandira, the focus is on individual, type-appropriate nutrition - tailored to your Dosha type and the respective treatment phase. The kitchen team led by Markus Lengauer combines Ayurvedic principles with regional gourmet culture. Every meal thus becomes part of the healing process: light, warm, fresh and always with a sense of what nourishes.
